Since many of the symptoms of an anxiety attack (also called "panic attack") are similar to those of a heart attack the first is often confused with the latter.

Chest pain is not necessarily a symptom of both cases, but very often, which is why so many people who suffer from panic attacks find themselves in the emergency room.

People who suffer anxiety attacks that form should be more vigilant and aware of them and also to prepare in advance, which is not the same with general attack sufferers of anxiety.
